Singleton Community Health Centre

Singleton Community Health Centre is located in Boonal Street Singleton. They offer health services and have a range of staff including a dietician, drug and alcohol counsellor, hospital social worker, child and family nurses, generalist community nurses, home and community care nurses, nurse audiometrists, women’s health nurse, occupational therapist, speech pathologist, sexual assault counsellor and palliative care nurses. They also offer clinics for asthma, audiometry, child health school screening, continence, type 2 diabetes, foot care for the elderly, smoking cessation, child immunisation and mental health.
