Singleton CBD Masterplan Survey

The Singleton Town Centre Masterplan, first prepared in 2013, has guided the growth and evolution of our CBD for over a decade. With the Singleton bypass progressing, and stage 1 and stage 2 of our town centre upgrades now complete, now is the right time to review the plan and continuing to ensure our town centre is well positioned for the future.

Draft Broke Plan of Management

It provides strategic direction for the provision, management, development and use of the facilities and services, complies with the applicable legislation, and is aligned with relevant Local, State and Federal strategic documents.

Political Donations and Gifts

A Disclosure Statement of Political Donations and Gifts must be submitted to Council with your submission if the Public Exhibition is a Planning Matter under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. This includes but is not limited to: Development Application (DA), Development Control Plans (DCP’s), Local Environmental Plans (LEP’s), Section 7.11 Local Contributions Plan (previously Section 94 Contributions Plans).
