At its meeting of 15 September 2026, Council resolved to exhibit the Draft Election Campaign Signage Policy on public exhibition and invite community feedback for a period of 28 days.
Community feedback is open until Tuesday 20 October 2026.
The purpose of the Election Campaign Signage Policy is to outline requirements in relation to the placement of election campaign signage within the Singleton LGA.
Amendments to the policy ensures it accurately reflects current legislation and continues to support Council’s commitment to impartiality, public safety and the appropriate regulation of election campaign signage.
The Policy is available for viewing in hard copy from the following locations:
- Council’s Administration Building: Cnr Queen Street and Civic Avenue, Singleton
- Singleton Visitor Information Centre: Townhead Park, New England Highway, Singleton
- Singleton Public Library: 8-10 Queen Street, Singleton
