Engineering Design Guidelines 

The Engineering Design Guidelines has been compiled to outline Council's requirements for the planning, survey, design, construction and maintenance of public infrastructure assets, subdivisions and various private site works within the Singleton Local Government Area.

This Engineering Design Guidelines provide minimum requirements and references for the design of civil works within the Singleton Local Government Area.

The Engineering Construction Guidelines include information about traffic, contractors, site management, inspections, environment, earth fill, road pavement subgrades, earthworks drainage and compliance testing, stormwater drainage, pavement construction, kerb and gutter, wearing surface, conduits and road crossing, surface restoration, linemarking and signposting, locks and keys, site preservation and compliance certificates.
