Mates

Mates supports who live alone or who have few social connections, people with disability and people recovering from mental illness to help improve their wellbeing by matching them with a volunteer who visits in their own home.

TeleCHAT

TeleCHAT provides older people who have little or no social connection with a regular phone call from a volunteer. Volunteers call regularly for a friendly chat and are matched with older people based on hobbies or shared interests.

Telecross is a service that calls you daily to make sure that you are OK. Telecross is for people who are frail and aged, have a disability, are housebound or who are recovering from an illness or accident.

Aged care services can help older people and their families with care and services to make life a little bit easier. These services offer a range of care options for older people and their carers including residential care, in home services and carer relief.

Integrated Living

Integrated Living provides care for older people in their own home. They can help with looking after the home, helping with meals, helping with medication or they can provide nursing care.
