Public Notice of Approval of the Singleton Local Infrastructure Plan and Repeal of the Singleton Development Contributions Plan 2008

At its meeting on 18 March 2025 (Minute No. 30/25), Council endorsed the draft Singleton Local Infrastructure Plan for public exhibition and the repeal of the Singleton Development Contributions Plan 2008.

The draft was publicly exhibited for 28 days from 9am Thursday 27 March 2025 to 5pm Thursday 1 May 2025 in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulations 2021 (NSW) (EP&A Regulation).

At its Ordinary Meeting on 17 June 2025 (Minute No. 70/25), Council resolved to approve the draft Singleton Local Infrastructure Plan.

The Plan is in force from 1 July 2025.
