At its meeting of 10 December 2024, Council resolved to place the draft Singleton Walking and Cycling Plan on public exhibition for a period of 28 days from Monday 3 February to 3 March 2025 for community feedback.
Should no objections be received or alterations required following the conclusion of the exhibition period, the document will be adopted.
The draft Singleton Walking and Cycling Plan has been developed to enhance accessibility and provide better support for pedestrians and cyclists. The Plan focuses on improving and extending the existing walking and cycling network and looks at supporting active travel near schools and encouraging tourism by creating connectivity across the landscape for walking and cycling.
The draft document is available in hard copy at Council’s Administration Centre, Singleton Public Library, Singleton Visitor Information Centre and Singleton Youth Venue, or may be downloaded below.
