The Development Specifications - Design and Construction of Water Reticulation Systems and Sewerage Service Systems have been prepared to assist Developers and contractors in providing quality water and sewer assets that are compatible with Council’s current infrastructure.
These documents aim to facilitate the efficient processing of engineering plan submissions, and to ensure that infrastructure associated with any development is designed and constructed to be safe, serviceable, economical to maintain and meeting community expectations and regulatory requirements.
