Ways for you to nourish your body in Singleton can include:

  • Get some inspiration around eating more vegetables and Try for 5
  • Join a local cooking group
  • Have a go at growing your own food garden at home or take part in social gardening at Singleton Community Garden
  • Start a Grow Free cart in your area. Place excess produce from your garden on the cart or take items home that have been placed on the cart.
  • Visit Slow Food Singleton – where you will learn about the importance of growing and consuming seasonal local produce
  • Shop locally for fresh, nutritious and low cost produce. See if any local farms have farmgate stalls with fresh produce
  • Visit the Seed Library at Singleton Library. Take seeds to grow at home, or share your excess seeds for others to plant and grow
