Event organisers, community organisations, artists, agri-tourism groups, small businesses, accommodation providers, and tourism operators are invited to a free, practical workshop at Singleton Civic Centre focused on growing their profile and reach through the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW).

The 3.5-hour session presented by Arts Upper Hunter and Singleton Council will guide participants through the process of creating a compelling ATDW listing, using effective storytelling, visuals, and strategic promotion.

The workshop will also explore ways to develop visitor-friendly experiences that reflect the richness of regional life; from farm tours and markets to open studios and cultural events and help local operators put their place on the map.

This hands-on workshop is ideal for local creatives, event organisers, community groups, accommodation providers and tourism operators wanting to:

  • Build or enhance their ATDW profile
  • Promote events and experiences to a wider audience
  • Explore how to turn their existing work into attractive visitor offerings
  • Strengthen their presence in the local tourism economy

A light lunch is provided.

It's free but bookings are essential.

The Share Your Story program is created by Arts Upper Hunter in partnership with the Dungog, Muswellbrook, Singleton and Upper Hunter LGAs. It's supported by the NSW Government through the Regional Arts Network.
