C2023.Q08 – Catering of Council Meetings and Events
Singleton Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified Caterers to supply for Council meetings and events, most of which are held at its Administration building.
Quotation documents can be downloaded via Singleton Councils TenderLink e-tendering portal after registration has been completed. If you experience difficulties accessing this website, please contact the Tenderlink helpdesk on 1800 233 533.
All quotation enquiries should be directed to the online forum via the e-tendering portal.
Quotations close at 5pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time AEST or Australian Eastern Daylight Time AEDT, whichever is applicable in NSW at the time of quotation close) on Friday 17 March 2023.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced quotation or all or any part of a quotation and reserves the right to conduct the RFQ process and select the successful Respondent as it sees fit.
Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
