Draft Water + Sewer Customer Service Plan

Council at its meeting on 16 May 2023, resolved to place the draft Water and Sewer Customer Service Plan and associated Customer Service Standards on exhibition for a period of 28 days.

The document provides an explanation of the level of service offered for drinking water, effluent, sewage collection, treatment, and liquid trade waste, as well as information on a range of customer service processes including connections, metering, billing, managing maintenance work, complaints and dispute resolution.  The revised plan informs customers what they can expect from Council and Council’s performance.

The community is invited to provide feedback on the draft Water and Sewer Customer Service Plan and associated Customer Service Standards before close of business 19 June 2023.

The document is available for viewing below or in hard copy at Council’s Administration Building, Singleton Library and Singleton Visitor Information Centre.

Community submissions are invited and may be addressed to the General Manager via post to PO Box 314 Singleton NSW 2330 or E council@singleton.nsw.gov.au with Submission draft Water and Sewer Customer Service Plan and associated Customer Service Standards in the subject line by 19 June 2023.
