Council at its meeting of 19 August 20025 resolved to place the Draft Gowrie Park Master Plan on public exhibition and invite community feedback from Monday 8 September to Sunday 12 October 2025.
Michael White Landscape Architecture was engaged to prepare the draft master plan incorporating community input in February this year.
The purpose of the master plan is to provide recommendations and design solutions to guide future use and development, ensuring Gowrie Park is a safe, multi-functional recreation space that meets the community's needs.
The draft document may be downloaded below, or available in hard copy at:
- Council’s Administration Building
- Singleton Public Library
- Singleton Visitor Information Centre
- Singleton Youth Venue

Submissions may be made in writing and addressed to the General Manager, PO Box 314 Singleton NSW 2330 or emailed to council@singleton.nsw.gov.au by Sunday 12 October 2025.
