An interactive workshop to identify the warning signs of coercive control + driving positive behaviour change.

Hannah’s Story is facilitated by Michael Jeh from Small Steps 4 Hannah. You will be taken on Hannah’s journey; a legacy that is difficult to comprehend but a path that her parents Sue and Lloyd want you to walk.

This program will explain coercive control and the red flags that are hidden in plain sight for so many. It is an opportunity to unite and through awareness, build advocacy and ultimately create change.

The content is based around the events and people in Hannah’s life - what they saw, heard and their suspicions. The days, weeks and months leading up to the tragic murder of Hannah and her three children. You will learn about the everyday behaviours that we are all familiar with and how these moments can often be the first signs of an unhealthy relationship.

Organised by the Upper Hunter Domestic Violence Committee, as part of their ongoing commitment to raising awareness of domestic and family violence.
