Huntlee Development Control Plan 2013

The Huntlee Development Control Plan 2013  (HDCP 2013) applies to certain land at Branxton known as the ‘Huntlee New Town’ site. The HDCP 2013 commenced on 12 June 2013 and is a statutory plan that supplement Local Environmental Plan requirements.

A Development Control Plan (DCP) provides detailed guidelines and environmental standards for new development, which need to be considered when preparing a Development Application.

DCPs are also used by Council in the assessment of Development Applications. When designing development proposals, applicants need to address the relevant requirements of any DCPs which apply to their land/proposal.
