Draft Singleton Homelessness Policy

Council at its meeting of Tuesday 18 November resolved to place the Draft Singleton Homelessness Policy on public exhibition and invite community feedback prior to adoption with consideration of submissions received.

The purpose of the Policy is to define the role and commitment of Council in mitigating the impacts of homelessness within the community, with the aim to provide a structured framework that empowers Council to support individuals experiencing homelessness and respond to community concerns related to homelessness.

The draft Policy is on public exhibition from Monday 24 November to Sunday 21 December 2025.
