Council at its meeting of 21 October 2025 resolved to place the Draft Public Forum Policy on public execution and invite public feedback.
The purpose of this policy is to provide members of the community with the relevant process and procedures for addressing Council on items to be considered at Ordinary Council meetings, as outlined in Council’s Code of Meeting Practice.
It sets out the parameters for the hearing of oral submissions prior to each Ordinary Meeting of Council, Extraordinary Meeting of Council, or meeting of Committees of Council from members of the public on items of business to be considered to the meeting.
