Section 355 Committees

These committees are established by Council under Section 355 of the Act and have decision making powers as delegated by the Council under Section 377 of the Act.

Section 355 Committees carry out their functions in accordance with their delegation relating to a range of issues as specified in the committee’s Terms of Reference.

These committees include external representatives, Councillors, other stakeholders or agencies.
