Our Workforce Management Plan – Our People Strategy is a part of Singleton Council’s Integrated Planning and Reporting framework. Our People Strategy is one element of the Resourcing Strategy which supports delivery of the Community Strategic Plan (CSP) and Delivery Program by demonstrating how Council will allocate resources to ensure that what is planned can be sustainably delivered.
The aim of the Workforce Management Plan – Our People Strategy is to provide a framework for ensuring Singleton Council’s services to the community are provided by the right people, in the right jobs, with the right skills and attitude, at the right time.
