Operational Plan
The Operational Plan is Council’s annual map detailing activities that will be delivered over the next financial year to progress the Delivery Program.
The Operational Plan delivers the objectives of the Delivery Program through listing actions Council will undertake over the course of the financial year, as well as how those actions will be measured, including: budget, capital works program, rating information, and fees and charges.
