This policy sets out consistent, respectful standards and safe practices in the management of cemeteries operated and maintained by Council.

The purpose of this policy is to promote the safety and wellbeing of children and to ensure compliance with the NSW Child Safe Standards.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that Children’s Services are compliant with the Education and Care Services National Regulations. This policy applies to Colleen Gale Children’s Centre, Singleton Mobile Preschool and Singleton Out of School Hours (OOSH).

These procedures set the process for how complaints made under the Code of Conduct are to be managed.

The purpose of this policy is to provide a uniform set of meeting rules to ensure that meetings of Council are consistent, accessible, orderly, effective and efficient.

This Policy provides the framework to provide clarity and structure for:

• the acquisition, disposal, development and ongoing operation of Council’s Commercial and Operational Property Portfolio
• the generation of additional, non-rates income from the Council’s Commercial and
• Operational Property Portfolio.

The Commercial and Operational Property Portfolio consists of:

• Operational Property
• Strategic Property
• Economic Driver Property
• Income Generating Property.

This policy has been created to support the delivery of the Create Singleton Community Engagement Strategy, which sets the framework for the engagement function of Singleton Council, outlining our proactive approach to ensuring all stakeholders can have meaningful involvement that is inclusive, respectful, relevant, and timely.

This policy will facilitate a consistent, fair, transparent and equitable resolution to customer complaints made to Council.

This policy is intended to ensure that Singleton Council handles and responds to compliments and concerns fairly, efficiently and effectively.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that any potential conflicts of interest are managed appropriately and that transparency is increased in the assessment of development applications for any Council-related development or where a staff member or Councillor is the applicant.
