Community Satisfaction Survey

No longer on display. Expired on 03 July 2026, 12:00 AM

Singleton Council is conducting a Community Satisfaction Survey as part of the ongoing commitment to understanding community sentiment and measuring satisfaction with services, facilities and overall performance.

Independent research partner, Micromex Research has been engaged to conduct the survey via telephone interviews with residents aged 18 years or over from across the Singleton local government area who will be randomly selected to take part.

Telephone surveying will commence from Monday to Friday between 1pm and 8.30pm, and Saturday between 10am and 4pm.

Participation is voluntary. All responses are confidential and used for research purposes only.  The survey includes a mix of open-ended questions, rating scales and demographic questions to support detailed analysis.

Micromex interviewers will not ask for any personal information (apart from gender and age range) or banking details.

Following completion of the survey, Micromex Research will provide a comprehensive report and presentation to Council including:

  • Trend analysis against previous survey results (including 2021)
  • Benchmarking against regional councils
  • Identification of key drivers of satisfaction
  • Highlighting of strengths and areas for improvement

If you have any questions about the survey, please contact Council’s Customer Service team on T 02 6578 7290 or email council@singleton.nsw.gov.au
