Kick off your morning by arriving early for the monthly Crop Swap hosted by Singleton Slow Food from 9:30am in the Library foyer. Browse a variety of locally grown produce, connect with fellow gardeners, and swap some of your own fresh produce for something else or pick up something fresh for a small donation. You can find more information at Monthly Crop Swap by Slow Food Singleton.

Following the Crop Swap, Maplewood Permaculture will deliver an engaging workshop exploring the core principles of permaculture and how to apply them at home. Whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to improve your existing garden, you’ll learn how to design a productive, sustainable edible garden suited to your backyard. A light lunch will also be provided half-way through the workshop.

This workshop is perfect for beginners and anyone interested in growing their own food, reducing waste, and creating a more self-sufficient lifestyle.
