Singleton Affordable Housing Plan

The Singleton Affordable Housing Action Plan provides a strategic framework to guide Council's role in facilitating, enabling and advocating for the delivery of affordable housing across the Singleton Local Government Area. The Action Plan establishes clear objectives, actions and partnership opportunities to support the delivery of affordable housing by government, community housing providers and the private sector.

At its meeting on 9 December 2025, Council resolved to publicly exhibit the Action Plan for a period of 42 days in accordance with Council's adopted Community Engagement Strategy. Following consideration of submissions received during the exhibition period, Council adopted the Singleton Affordable Housing Action Plan at its meeting on 21 April 2026.
