At its meeting held on 17 June 2025, Singleton Council resolved to place a Draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) and Explanatory Note on public exhibition.
The draft VPA is between Council and Hunterview Developments PTY LTD (the Developer) relates to DA8.2022.363 and DA8.2022.354 at 162,168, 190, 216B & 216C Pioneer Road, Hunterview.
The Draft Voluntary Planning Agreement and Explanatory Note will be on exhibition from 9am Thursday 17 July 2025 to 5pm Friday 15 August 2025 and may be downloaded below or available in hard copy at the following locations during business hours:
- Council’s Administration Building: Cnr Queen Street and Civic Avenue, Singleton
- Singleton Public Library
- Singleton Visitor Information Centre
