At its meeting on 18 August 2026, Council resolved to place the Draft Singleton Development Control Plan (DCP) 2014 (Amendment – Huntlee URA) on public exhibition from Monday 24 August to Monday 21 September 2026.
The purpose of the amendment is to provide site specific provisions for an Urban Release Area known as the Huntlee New Town (Huntlee).
The Draft DCP is available for viewing in hard copy from the following locations:
- Council’s Administration Building: Cnr Queen Street and Civic Avenue, Singleton
- Singleton Visitor Information Centre: Townhead Park, New England Highway, Singleton
- Singleton Public Library: 8-10 Queen Street, Singleton
