How Do I
Public Exhibition
Information is placed on public exhibition so you can provide your comment and input to Council.

Examples of things that are placed on exhibition include development applications, strategic plans that impact on our city and policy documents.

Any person may make a written submission to Council regarding the proposals. Submissions must be received by 4.30pm on the last day of the exhibition period.

Please note that when making a submission in the form of an objection, you should clearly specify the grounds on which you are objecting. For example, citing excessive overshadowing as an issue allows that impact to be considered in the assessment, whereas simply stating you object to the development because “it is big” does not identify the impact of the proposed development.
