Draft Hunter Valley Destination Management Plan 2022-2030

Council at its meeting of 18 October 2022 resolved to publicly exhibit the Draft Hunter Valley Destination Management Plan Part A 2022-2030 and Draft Hunter Valley Situational Analysis Part B 2022 accompanying document for a period of 28 days for community feedback.

The Draft Hunter Valley Destination Management Plan 2022-2030 is a joint project between Singleton Council and Cessnock City Council that recognises the importance of Wine Country and supports the development of diverse tourism and visitor experiences across the two local government areas to support the growth of the visitor economy.

The Draft Hunter Valley Destination Management Plan 2022-2030 and Draft Hunter Valley Situational Analysis accompanying document will be on public exhibition until Wednesday 23 November. 

Drop-In Session

Interested businesses and individuals are also invited to attend a Draft Hunter Valley Destination Management Plan 2022-2030 Information Session to find out more about the plan as well as ask questions. The Information Session will be at Singleton Diggers, York Street on Thursday 17 November from 2 – 4pm.

Submissions are encouraged and may be made in writing and addressed to the General Manager, Singleton Council via post to PO Box 314 Singleton NSW 2330 or email to E council@singleton.nsw.gov.au with Draft Hunter Valley Destination Management Plan in the subject line by 23 November.
