TRANSLATING AND INTERPRETING SERVICES

The Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) is a service that offers telephone-interpreting services for people who do not speak English. This service is available 24 hours a day for the cost of a local telephone call.

This service can be used when visiting healthcare services. It gives people who are deaf or have limited English access to professional interpreters.
