Tell us what you think

Singleton Council recognises that community engagement and the participation process is a vital part of local democracy, and we aim to ensure meaningful, informed and genuine community participation is active in Council’s decision-making process.

We also aim to utilise contemporary tools of engagement, meet community expectations, provide a consistent approach to engagement, strengthen relationships and be proactive and open to new ways to engage with the community.

MOUNTAIN BIKE FEASIBILITY STUDY

Are you a passionate mountain biker in Singleton – or want to be? We need your input.

Singleton Council is currently working with a consultant to undertake a mountain biking feasibility study for a local-scale mountain biking trail network in Singleton.

This feasibility study aims to:

  • Understand rider preferences and the size of the mountain biking market in Singleton
  • Identify a suitable site for an authorised local scale trail network
  • Assess the suitability of three sites - Fern Gully Road, Bridgman Road, and Pioneer Road - for a potential trail network

We need your help to tell us what the opportunities are for mountain biking in Singleton, what you think our facility needs, and how often you’d use it.
