Your guide to Council services during COVID

In line with the latest Public Health Order, Singleton Council’s facilities remain open in abidance with the one person per four square metre rule. The wearing of face masks indoors is mandatory. All visitors to Singleton Council facilities must use the Service NSW QR code for COVID safe check in. Full operational details are listed below.

Singleton Council Administration Centre

In-person services are available with COVID-19 restrictions in place Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4.30pm. All visitors must check in using the QR code and masks must be worn. Cashless transactions are preferred.

Singleton Visitor Information Centre

In-person services are available with COVID-19 restrictions in place Monday to Sunday between 8.30am and 4.30pm seven days a week. All visitors must check in using the QR code and masks must be worn. Cashless transactions are preferred.

Singleton Civic Centre

Bookings for functions are available and events are proceeding with COVIDSafe plans in place to ensure the safety of attendees, including observance of the 4 square metre rule and social distancing. All visitors must check in using the QR code and masks must be worn inside the venue.

Singleton Library

The Library is open and operating regular programming and special events in keeping with COVID-19 requirements, including observance of the 4 square metre rule and social distancing. All visitors must check in using the QR code and masks must be worn. The online Library is also available 24/7 at Digital Library - 24/7 | Singleton Council (nsw.gov.au)

Singleton Youth Venue

The Youth Venue is open and operating regular programs and special events in keeping with COVID-19 requirements, including observance of the 4 square metre rule and social distancing. All visitors must check in using the QR code and masks must be worn.

Singleton Waste Management Facility + Burragan Recycling Shop

The Singleton Waste Facility is operating as usual. All visitors must check in using the QR code and practice social distancing. Wearing of a mask is optional.

The Burragan Recycling Shop is also open as usual. All visitors must check in using the QR Code, wear a face mask, adhere to the 4 square metre rule and practice social distancing.


Colleen Gale Childrens Services

Coleen Gale Childrens Services is operating as usual with COVIDSafe plans in place  and special requirements for families dropping off or picking up children.

Mobile Preschool

The Mobile Preschool is operating as usual with COVIDSafe plans in place  and special requirements for families dropping off or picking up children.

OOSH

OOSH is operating as usual with COVIDSafe plans in place and special requirements for families dropping off or picking up children.
