Why was my WASTE (red lid) bin missed and not emptied?
If there is a notice on your bin, it means there is a problem with the contents or bin presentation and our contractor is not required to collect it. Make the changes identified on the notice and put the bin out again on your next collection day.

If there is no notice on your bin, please contact Council’s Customer Service Centre on 02 6578 7290 within 24 hours of the missed service and collection will be arranged.
